Refund & Exchange Policy – Kathnbenz

By purchasing from kathnbenz.com, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

Kathnbenz reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Customers are advised to review it before placing an order.

 


 

 

7 Days Size Exchange Policy (India)

 


We offer a 7-day size exchange window from the date of delivery.


This applies to:

 

  • Prepaid Orders

  • Partial COD Orders (Advance Payment + Balance on Delivery)

 


 

Important:

 

 

  • Exchange is applicable only for size-related issues

  • Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact

  • Only one reverse pickup attempt will be made (subject to serviceable pincode)

  • If pickup fails, customer must self-ship the product to our warehouse

 


Once the returned item passes Quality Check (QC), the exchange will be processed within 7–10 working days


If the requested size is unavailable:

 

  • We will offer an alternate size/product, or

  • Issue store credit

 

 


 

 

30 Days Defective Product Policy

 


Kathnbenz offers a 30-day defective product return window from the date of delivery.


Applicable only for genuine manufacturing defects such as:

 

  • Print defects (HD, puff print, embroidery issues)

  • Color bleeding or fading

  • Fabric defects

  • Stitching issues

  • Structural garment faults

 


 

Conditions:

 

 

  • Issue must be reported within 30 days

  • Product must not be intentionally damaged, washed, or heavily used

  • Clear images/videos may be required for verification

 


After approval:

 

  • Replacement will be issued, OR

  • Store credit will be provided

 

 


 

 

Refund Policy

 


Kathnbenz follows a store credit-based refund policy for all standard orders.


 

Applicable Cases:

 

 

  • Approved defective product returns

 


 

Refund Method:

 

 

  • Prepaid Orders → Store Credit

  • Partial COD Orders → Store Credit

 


 

Important:

 

 

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Store credits are non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash

  • Store credit can be used anytime on kathnbenz.com

 

 


 

 

Snapmint (EMI Orders) – Special Refund Clause

 


Orders placed using Snapmint EMI are not eligible for store credit refunds.

 

  • All Snapmint order refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds will be handled as per Snapmint’s policy and process

  • Kathnbenz will initiate the refund from its end, and Snapmint will complete the transaction

 

 


 

 

Cancellation Policy

 

 

  • Prepaid orders are final and cannot be cancelled once placed

  • Partial COD orders cannot be cancelled once shipped

  • Store credits are non-refundable and non-transferable

 

 


 

 

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

 


To qualify:

 

  • Product must not be worn, washed, or altered

  • Tags and packaging must be intact

  • No stains, odor, damage, or misuse

  • Full set must be returned if purchased as a combo

  • Item must pass Kathnbenz Quality Check

 


Kathnbenz reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
